A recent term commonly used by the 10-25 age demographic in Sacramento to describe something unfavorable or convey feelings of displeasure.

We use "dew" as a noun to describe an unwelcome situation, influence, or characteristic. Its adjective form, "dewy," describes something tainted by negativity or lacking in positive qualities.
I don't like that person because he is rude, smelly and annoying. He is dewy.

Oh no that tree feel in the storm that's dew.
