Cannoli

A sex act in which a female with a yeast infection would use a spatula to scrape the cream off of her vagina and stuff the creamy concoction into a man's foreskin ( if applicable). Once the man's foreskin is filled to maximum capacity, a used tampon may be added for garnish. The cannoli is then ready to be served.
