Akerna is the dried up residue stored in the fat rolls of a morbidly obese woman’s taint. Stemming from a cream pie parade, generally involving at least 2 loads of scat they are also known as cream puffs in some circles.

Generally refers to a spoilt child. Name originates from the Yoruba speaking area of Nigeria. In most cases it started as a nickname and has somehow morphed into a last (surname) name.
