Windows rot

"Windows Rot" is the name someone gave the process by which a Windows machine becomes progressively slower the longer you use it and the more software you install on it.

I think I'll have to reinstall XP since the Windows Rot has slowed it down so badly...

The name implies that it gets nowhere fast, as the operating system proved that.

I heard they're working on a new operating system called Windows CEMeNT.

Most unstable piece of shit to ever be invented. Ever. If it weren't for it's EXTREMELY ANNOYING freezes which occur ever 1/3 of a second, then it would be a half decent program. But sadly, that is not the case.
