when cars have tramp stamp style stickers on the lower middle area of their back window. usually quite ridiculous with swirly stuff all over and a cross or a rose in the center.

A person who is the absolute epitome and definition of a tramp including the fact they are a desperate soul who is seeking to hook up with questionable looking and like minded people at bar closing time. Minimal considerations of standards based upon quality and quantity of alcoholic beverages, ambient lighting, questionable verbal skills or other mitigating factors.

I was a tramperson last night. Definitely a bad idea. YOLO!!!

Traffic Tampon

A driver who gets in the middle lane of a multi-lane highway/freeway and proceeds to drive under the speed limit, effectively stopping the flow of traffic.

We were cruising along nicely until we hit a pocket of slow traffic. Everyone was trying to get around a traffic tampon camped in the center lane.
