Used to describe the most unimaginably appalling and utterly disgraceful person. This word should be used in moderation, as hearing it makes you want to snort your filthy phlegm into the back of your throat and spit it out onto whatever putrid being said such word.

a movement created by mostly urban african americans to intimidate witnesses and stop informants from getting them in trouble. a large red stop sign with "snitchin'" directly below it, supports this movement. sometimes associated with drug trade/dealing and/or violence (usually gang-related) in urban areas.

"did you see that shirt ______ was wearing?"

"it was like one of those street signs that say "no parking anytime" but it was modified to say "no snitchin' anytims <---->""
