Skeffy

skeffy (pronounced SKEF-ee /ˈskɛfi/) — a Lincolnshire regional, informal insult meaning someone scruffy, sleazy, a bit gross or rough around the edges; can also mean a loud/coarse, socially unpleasant person. Like a stereotypical council estate person.

It can also rarely mean a non-human thing which you are likening to a similar level of disgust.
