Rizzard of Oz

A slang term with the root of "Rizz", a slang term short for charisma, or the ability to charm a person, typically a girl.
This is joke term used to define someone charismatic, or one with "Rizz", usually in a comical way. This is a play on the 1939 film "The Wizard of Oz".

Sure enough, as the Rizzard of Oz walked into the room, all the girls turned to check him out.

The Rizzard of Oz

Typically a male that has a lot of rizz. The person's homies will typically be the people that refer to them as "The Rizzard of Oz. Also, The Rizzard of Oz is usually attractive, and gets all the girls in the school. They are quite fire.
