house-of-reps

noun. Short for the House of Representatives; one of the two houses of Congress, where mass debation (a pun on masturbation) occurs. Thus, the term 'house-of-reps' can be used to humorously and perhaps more subtly indicate one's prior engagement in the act of masturbation.

verb. 'house-of-repping' - to debate on a mass scale, ergo. to masturbate.

Friend: Sup mang, watcha do these holidays?
Me: Well, let's just say I adopted a very hands on interest in the house-of-reps.
Friend: Lawl, me too. Federal politics is the shiz.
Bystander (possibly female and attractive): You guys seem pretty cool... How bout we discuss world affairs back at mine?
