When someone takes ten fucking eons to respond to a simple message in a roleplay. This time is usually measured by Jazzy minutes, where one Jazzy minute equals two hours.

Person 1: “Why the fuck are they taking so long, dude? It’s been four hours and they haven’t responded yet.”
Person 2: “Gotta be that Jazzy Response Time.”
