Neito Monoma is a character from My Hero Academia.
His quirk is copy, he used to copy 3 quirks with for 5 minutes, but now Monoma can copy 4 quirks for 10 minutes. Neito has a lot of hate for class 1-A, he's been hating on them because he only heard about Testutestu's complains about them and also because of Bakugo. Neito likes French cuisine and Franco-Belgian comics. His hero name is Phantom Thief, his birthday is on May 13th which is also Shindo's birthday. He may be rude to class 1-A but with his classmates he's really supportive and friendly with them, whenever they're down Monoma will surely come and comfort them. He's based on a real life person which is Dane Deehan (an actor). He's 5'7 and born in Kanagawa Prefecture. His reasoning behind his hero outfit is because kendo said "he said his quirk was copy so he didn't need anything extreme". The three stopwatches in his outfit is supposed to tell the duration of the quirks he copied, he can also trick his opponents to thinking he can only copy three quirks and that he has a bit of time left until the quirk runs out. He's also an underrated character

Get the neko mug.An annoying prommie on Gaia Online's online forum, the General Discussion. She puts out prommie lists every year. She is self-obssesed, creating frequent accounts to namedrop herself. She has a group of followers who are also equally annoying and post frequent namedrop threads for KNDC. People just support her because they think they will become prommies soon too, or gain e-fame. She thinks she is better than everyone else, but is really just a psychotic, deranged, worrisome otaku deep down. Her fangirls/boys refer to her as the "Prommie God".
Bob: "Hey, Kawaii Neko Desu Chan put him on the prommie list, but no one knows him!"
Joe: "She has lost her mind."
