The first person diagnosed with Mrario was a zero year old actor and former Weezer's frontman from Moscow, Russia (for now on he goes by the nickname Luigi). In 1995 he has reported to durka that he feels barely alive and, quote, 'у меня будто бы беды с башкой' ('it's like i'm having troubles with my mind')
