circus merkin

A pubic wig, worn specifically by clowns that have lost their pubic hair due to excessive dyeing. The circus merkinusually comes in a variety of colors, but the most common colors are red, yellow, or "rainbow."

Bozo was bouncing on the trampoline, when his pants fell down, revealing his circus merkin to the crowd for all to see.
