Adjective and Noun. Used to define a situation or person of incredible and ridiculous stubbornness. It is worth noting that the usage of 'luntz' is not a trifling matter, as the extent of stubbornness that it entails is beyond any previous possible estimates. It is effective in describing circumstances where one finds him/herself literally speechless at the stubbornness of a person or unnecessary complexity of a situation.

a small city in Florida, right outside of Tampa and by Land o Lakes. Made up of either extremely wealthy people, or very poor rednecks who drive trucks. Nearly every kid either smokes weed, drinks, does both, or used to. No in between. Ever.

Kelly lives in Lutz, she's always stoned. Her brother drives an F-150 and they live by the APEX Publix. (another Lutz landmark)
