Well I do use this word all the time. It's another form of saying hello! Or hello and yo mixed together.

"Heyo Ziplock, let's own this stupid noobs."

Heyooo

Another way to say hello. Used when "heyo" is just not O-ey enough. It is also used when you are yelling at a friend from across the room.

You *sees friend coming into school and starts running towards them*: Heyooo!!! I haven't seen you in forever!
Friend: Whats for lunch?
