Not a true man. A self-absorbed jerk who just wants to jerk off to pictures he tires to get you to send. He's a disgusting wanker that feeds off of other people and somehow gets away with it. Besides wanking his life away, he invests the rest of his time on videogames such as league of legends and being a scrawny pathetic white boy. Spotting one is not to hard. Just look for excessive amounts of nike clothes and terrible style. You can often describe one as being stuck in seventh grade as he will be very immature and only cares about pleasing himself, only taking time to annoy the fuck out of everyone around him so he can feel superior.

Everybody knew Truman was just a wanking fuckboy. He had a horrible reputation across school and claimed he was a womanizer but was really just a scrawny, white, league of legends obsessed piece of fuckboy shit.

Not to be confused with manwhore, which is the term for a man who is easy like a whore, the fuckboy's usual target.
