Found Family

A trope common in fiction and fanfiction. It is the phenomenon where a group of people come to love each other like family, even through (and because) they aren't biologically related. The LGBTQ+ community in particular tends to favor this trope because it allows them to escape overbearing or harmful biological family.

Found families can be found in real-life as well, as close friend groups may feel closer to each other than to biological family.
Found Family is also known as Families of Choice.
I found a lovely found family fanfiction about my favorite characters!

The author won't acknowledge it, but these character dynamics scream found family.

The Flounder

A very sneaky foreplay moved performed by short Jewish guys from Long Island. Not realizing that the girl is not into him while sitting on her couch, the dude places his hand in between the girl's thighs and flaps it back and forth in the same motion as a fish out of water. The flounder is normally followed by dog-like leg humping.
If performed properly, the flounder-leg hump trick is good way to ensure the "No Pants in the Bedroom" rule is followed. If awkward while doing this move, the dude is usually sent on his way hoping to catch the end of Rosh Hashanah dinner.
"When Yaacov tried the flounder, the date was over."

"I wasn't into Isaac at first, but, after he floundered me, I got to see that my pants really did match the rug...and he found out the color of the carpet"

and then you found twenty dollars?

Usually asked at the end of a long, boring and drawn out story to give it a more interesting and rewarding ending.

Sarcastic in nature.

Alternately used in place of "and then I found five dollars" because finding twenty dollars is rewarding enough while still being in the parameters of seeming like you really found something. Saying "and then I found one hundred dollars" sounds too fake and thus brings down the sarcastic tone you're trying to get across to the person because their story was so boring. Finding anything less than twenty dollars isn't really that rewarding.
Person A: So the other day I ordered these couches online and had them delivered on Saturday. In the pictures online they looked like a nice tan color but when they get to my house they are a mustard yellow color. So I told the company I didn't want them and to come pick them back up. So the next day I go the furniture store near me and found couches I liked better so I bought them and had them delivered on Tuesday. However, the guys from the other store never came to pick up the mustard yellow couches. So now I got four couches sitting in my living room. I was so pissed I got up and walked to the beach to cool myself off.
