A Person, usually male, who drives a pickup or full size SUV and has multiple 2x3' flags flying representing various political and pseudpatriotic messages and logos/insignias. Often seen in rural areas or in city centers where they don't reside.

I was trying to drive into town but there was a parade of flaggots blocking the road.
