Black filas

Black filas are similar to black air forces and black timbs, but taken to the absolute extreme. Black fila energy is one of pure evil and menace. Someone with black filas is a force of nature to be reckoned with and you should hide from them, since you can't run. They are the true niggas of the street and will hand you yo ass if you don't respect them.

fiasco

In the conventional dictionaries, a fiasco is a complete and utter failure. Especially one which is embarrassing for the severity of the failure, or the severity of the ineptitude leading to it.

Hurrican Katrina did a lot of damage, and the response to the human tradgedy in New Orleans will be remembered as a gigantic fiasco.
