Briscoes Sale

Something that is very likely to happen.

It is referring to the New Zealand homewares store Briscoes, and the fact that they have a sale almost everyday, and that it would be very unlikely for there not to be one. The iconic Briscoes Lady often presents these sales on TV.

"Will she be angry?"
"Yup, thats more likely than a Briscoes Sale."
