When people with underlying shame-based experiences bond over the principles and egos they form along the way.

We formed what seemed like an inseverable attachment and once we acknowledged the truth of it being shame bonding, we grew even tighter.

boodium

Something that is bad, good, and medium at the same time. For example, a trip that had good, bad, and okay memories was a boodium trip.

"I really liked the vegetables in the soup, but the chicken was so bad. The broth was okay though."
"That means your soup was boodium!"

Boodid

An imaginary friend in the form of a baby seal that is always finding trouble and having mishaps. Boodid also has its own language consisting of most words having the first letter replaced with an "R".
For example, "I want a little chickadee" becomes " Rye rant a rittle rickaree"
"No" or "uh-uh" becomes "re-eh"
Boodid also likes to sing and dance, especially to country music.
He sings "Rod Ressed Rexas" while tapping his little foot to the beat.
Boodid is a great little friend to have and will be very loyal to you.

"Relp!"
"Boodid? What's wrong?"
"Rhyme ruck in re rishrasher!" said Boodid.

*goes to dishwasher and helps Boodid get out.

Sister bonding

The act where two sisters, typically twins, avoid all altercations with their friends in order to spend quality time together.

Friend: "Hey, do you twins want to hang out"
Sister1: "Sorry we can't"
Sister2: "Yeah, go away. We need to go Sister Bonding"

I told him I wouldn't have sex with him without a condom. Unless I'm in a relationship, I don't do fluid bonding.

When you have a lifelong, almost impossible to sever, attachment to someone that is rooted in a common traumatic experience.

My mom and I were always very close; it was entirely augmented by what I now realize was our early trauma bonding.
