These non existent terms have no meaning and are often inserted in casual conversation by the challenged individual in an attempt to fit into uncomfortable social situations where they often have little or no intelligence to contribute.
I work with a guy who needs to get on medication for his Awkward Seminar, he always says the most meaningless stuff and nobody knows what he is talking about.
