Akita inu

A japanese breed of dog. The Akita inu is actualy slightly different from the American Akita. They are a big breed of dog that are loyal to their owners. However due to their intellegance they need some thing to do other wise they can become destructive if bored. They can be good with children and playful. However they can be protective so a firm hand is needed. These dogs are very strong so they are not for those without a strong will and a strong uper body strength.

There average life span is 10yrs. These dogs have a 32% chance of dieing of cancer.

Means inscription in hindi.Is a common name in India.Also can mean "conquered".It is usually "Ankit" for a male and "Ankita" for a female.

The Arbiter

The Arbiter was a "Heretic" Elite blamed for the destruction of the first Halo discovred by the UNSC. An Arbiter is someone who is decides, and enforces and issue. The past Arbiter's of the Covenant have dealt with such situations such as those in campaign mode of Halo 2. (By the way, incase none of you pin-heads noticed, the Arbiter's voice is the same of 'Golaith' from Gargoyales.)

A very eloquent way to ask a bi-partisan question. A question that when answered will not benefit either party. Often asked by a "moderator" between two separate parties, acting as a mutual individual.

Moderator: "I hate to impose an arbitrary inquisition but you two are getting f*cking no where."
