Well Smithy, this is a cool nickname for that one guy who is sometimes funny, sometimes annoying but is just that all around guy. Some people don't like him some people do. To lie face down on the floor in a kind of reversed plank position. Often done to fake injury for attention or to get out of drinking another pint when you’re struggling to keep up.

I couldn’t keep up with the lads on a session so I threw a little smithy and got some put on oxygen my an air stewardess. While I was down there I had a good sniff of her toes and got a little semi too!
