The act of consuming copious amounts of potent pre-workout, in hopes of achieving a skin splitting pump and great workout only for you to end up spending most of your training time on the toilet, in gastrointestinal distress. Resulting in diarrhea, with anus ripping, chainsaw farts, followed by essentially urinating out of your ass.
I was mid rep, on my PR, when I had to scratch the weights, rush to the locker room and take a huge gym slam.

Get the Gym Slammug. The best place one can possibly be to change. To be better. To be greater. To surpass his limitations and become strong and confident, but also a lot more happy. The gym is amazing because it teaches you so many things. Without hard work, there is no pay off. Without suffering, there is no salvation. I recommend it to 100% of the people of the planet. It can make anyone’s life 100% better but few people actually bother to try.
The gym is amazing. I get healthier, stronger and feel better overall. It has taught me that with hard work and with consistency, anything is possible

Get the Non gym-usermug. A Gym Bro is an absolute chad who lives most of his life in a perpetual cycle of gains. The only words in his vocabulary are Protein, Bro, Gains, Chest, Shoulders, Lats, Bench,Cut, Bulk, and Creatine. A gym bro is also often found in a never ending state of itchiness from his Pre Workout addiction. Gym bros are also typically in constant state of body dysmorphia (until he gets a pump, of course) You can spot a gym bro in the wild wearing a oversized black hoodie in the winter and a stringer tank top in the summer with airpods and a blender bottle.
