Get the Lads Holidaymug. n. a day off from school that was not originally scheduled but was later "declared" by an official of said school. This type of holiday is undertaken solely for demonstrating the school's capability to do such a thing, always heralded by immense approval by both students and faculty. Similar to a Frank-Day, but for everybody.
We were going to have school this Friday, but because our football team is going to states, Dr. Michaels declared it a President's holiday!

Get the JG Holiday Spectacularmug. Noun: A sarcastic name given to the practice of people applying for government's grants related to covid-19, and then using those grants to not take on new education or work to find a new job. Also known as an Expenses Paid Canadian Holiday.
I heard that Jamie is still on Canadian Holiday, she collected a CERB loan, a CEBA grant and she's still living outside of Mexico City in that commune. Now that's what I call and all expenses paid Canadian Holiday. Is that bad? Is that wrong?
