Get the Slinging stocks and cutting dealsmug. A deal that looks amazing on the outset, based on all the superlatives and phony numbers provided by it's originator, but then when you actually do your research and underwrite the deal it couldn't be further from what they described to you.
I've wasted 3 hours looking at catfish deals today and had to start unsubscribing from a ton of these horrible wholesalers and realtors who don't know what they're doing.
