Micro Penis Energy (MPE) describes a male person in a position of power (i.e. a CEO, Governor, Congressman, Senator or President) who believes he is exhibiting strength by speaking in a disparaging, threatening or bullying manner toward a segment of the population over which he exercises, by virtue of his title, some form of power or control. What the men who exhibit their MPE don't realize is that their tactics reveal a weak character, an unearned sense of entitlement to their position of power, and a micro penis, which they are obviously trying to overcompensate for.
