Completely messed up or stupid.
The manner in which one has too much to drink and becomes intoxicated beyond reasoning. And your friends wonder how you got so kainered up.

When you’re so intoxicated you yourself believe you are sober. Then insist you are in fact ok to drive.

Dude was so Kainered up he passed out beside his truck.
