The fear of puddles caused by but not limited too: leaky faucets, rain, dripping oil from cars or other vehicles, etc.
Puddleophobia causes an intense fear reaction and often leads to shrieks in panic

This horse is my favorite but I think he has puddleophobia, every time he comes across a puddle he goes mad in fear.

A certain type of person who acts like an absolute asshole, commits crimes/felonies, and creates chaos within the community, typically found in Ghettos and poorer communities.

Started as a term used around town to describe these people and is now used by more places in the surrounding area.
