Corporate Circle Jerk

(1) When a company makes a change to its structure, platform, or logo to bandwagon political correctness. This is to virtue signal and/or make good their past misdeeds, but realistically it was all for raising revenue through marketing.
While proclaiming their altruism and stroking their egos, the businessmen at the top stroke something else at a corporate circle jerk knowing fully well that dollar bills are about to rain down on them.

Person 1:

Did you know it's June already?

Person 2:
When did you find out?

Person 1:
All the major brands changed their logos.

Person 2:
*sighs* The corporate circle jerk is upon us.

Corporation

A corporation isn't a democracy, because there is a hierarchy. As long as a hierarchy exists, everyone doesn't make the same money at work, everyone doesn't have the same power, because a hierarchy will not allow for that to happen. How much of a boost for people's morale is it really to know that there is a hierarchy and if some people are not in control of it, they want to discard the old one and start a new, fresh one. (not to really bring justice and equality to all, that's been the lie that many have used to rise to power while the world is still as fucked up and unjust as it ever was today, but to benefit from their claims of things that sound good to the masses)
A corporation is not much of a democracy, though it's said to be and supposed to be, in actuality it's closer to a feudal system where the people that feed the masses don't really have to give a fuck about them.

Corporations after June 30th

A term used to reference how the minute after Pride Month ends, a majority of corporations and other companies who were pretending to be supportive immediately go back to pretending LGBTQ+ people aren't a thing.
Dang, I thought Target would have changed and kept on selling Pride-themed stuff after June, but it looks like its all gone.
Well that's just Corporations after June 30th, innit?

corporate nice

Work in a corporate setting everyone has to be nice, when really can’t stand someone. If an issue comes up, people are nice about it, but will get angry and complain to a supervisor. Demanding a request using nice words. Like Minnesota or Texas nice, but in a corporation.
I thought he was fine when I told him a conference room was not available. He complained to my supervisor. He was being corporate-nice.

If you could work on Saturday, that would be great. Demanding to work on Saturday or will be consequences. Supervisor was being corporate nice.
