A meme that is frequently used in UG (Ultimate-Guitar). It is used similarly to the meme I Cum Blood. It's usually considered spam (which I disagree upon) and results in a warning.

RIP DIME refers to the greatest guitarist ever from Pantera and Damageplan who got shot onstage by a psycho in 2004. RIP DIME
