Get the Crotch Popmug. A phrase used to describe an action which would negatively stress ones digestive system, so much so, that one wonders if they might have ruptured an internal organ. The "gizzard" being used to describe an organ within ones digestive system (gall bladder, stomach, intestines, bowel, etc). This phrase being most commonly used to refer to something that would result in severe explosive diarrhea or a massive increase in stool output.
Friend 1: "Damn these chocolate covered fiber pellet snacks are tasty!"
