a “goober” is just a silly little guy. they are likely to do stupid things but they are goobers so they mean not harm. goober is an endearing little term to match the endearing personality of a “goober”. and 9 times out of ten they use “:3”. (not to be confused with femboy but lots of goobers are probably also femboys ngl)

Used to describe a disgusting, revolting person who thinks they're "silly" or "quirky." Anyone who uses the term 'silly goober' unironically is a gremlin from the depths of hell who just so happened to return back to earth.
