Also, the reason why TikTok is popular is due to 3 reasons. 1, More marketing. TikTok ads usually show the good creators, but that is not what TikTok is like. 2, Musically is the OG version of TikTok. It was released in 2017, around the same time Vine was shut down. So, creators from Vine migrated to Musically, in hopes of getting a new audience. 3, bandwagons, Teenager’s hormones. Teens always want to fit in. So, when someone starts a new trend, all teenagers on the platform do it for popularity and status. Trends usually explode on the platform. Everyone is shitposting on the app for popularity. Also, when people with no talent do some random head dance, (Bella Poarch, I’m talking to you.) or some random thing that requires no talent, the platform explodes. Undeserving creators get so much followers for 1 viral post. Also, Encanto. It’s a good movie, but far from perfect. The whole reason why Encanto is more popular the The Lion King, is because of TikTok. Then, teenagers think it’s a new trend and start watching it 10 times because of peer pressure and popularity.
