Friend 1: I loved that bar. Just wished they had not changed their menu so much. The old food was way better.

slugged up

Slugged up can either mean having a bunch of tattoos or having a permanent grill. Both of the current definitions on here are correct.

The key factor of being slugged up is the permanence of a tattoo or gold crowns which is why both definitions are correct.

One can also say slugged out.

Mike flipped a pack and went got his whole arm slugged out the next day.
