Scatt Lung is a man of mischief and hate, however he's misunderstood and is actually really cool. A Scatt Lung should be approached with caution and the person must be ready to receive insults like none other and must have firey comebacks ready for use. Scatt Lung, although all those things, would he described in two words "Salt Turd."
