A body lifting kick in the nuts from behind. To sneak up behind someone who is standing with their legs slightly open and kick them in the nuts from behind.

Person 1: You owe me $100
Person 2: Yeah i'll pay you next week...
Person 1: No pay me today or i'll blind elephant kick you right in the nuts when you least suspect it.
Person 2: OK lets got to the bank.
