Member of the male sex designed specifically for the distribution of top, turbo-charged banter and attracting sexually promising girls on a regular basis. The turbo top lad is prone to getting wildly drunk, shouting offensive comments at innocent passers by and claiming that he could bed any girl in the room. The title "Turbo Top Lad" is the highest honour that can be bestowed upon a male, superceding the lower ranks of "lad" and "top lad".
