noun: the name given to the physically handicapped.

adjective: used to describe a person who usually has an odd stride, wheelchair bound or curious gait to their walk (akin to that of a zombie traveling at haste), failing that they just look a bit mad when they walk.

2- A nickname given to a person who falls over often or seemingly has the ability to trip over flat surfaces or fall over even when sitting down.
