A fake phone call you take on your cell phone when either a.) you see someone coming you don't want to talk to, or b.) you want to end a conversation abruptly.

It's 2020 and your friend asks how you are doing.
Rather than explain the dumpster fire of anxiety, simply say "I'm faux k" and carry on.

Faux Rail

An alternative way to consume/use the street drug methamphetamines. Much like when a user would use a glass tube heated on one end and inhale a broken down line of power (much like cocaine) through the opposite end. A user of a faux rail connects a piece of flexible semi rigid plastic tubing to the end of a glass pipe (bubble, oil burner, ect) and heats the bottom of the bubble inhaling through the tubing with the nose and exhaling through the mouth in rapid succession. The effect of which causes the user to feel an instant head rush. Many users have said they have been able to stop their addiction to taking the drug through IVs utilizing the faux rail method.

Faux Fart

When all typical gaseous characteristics are met and one approaches the release of said gas in the form of a flatulent (ˈfärt - verb) but they ultimately end up releasing diarrhea instead. The faux fart phenomenon is most commonly reported after significant alcohol consumption when ones fine motor skills are impaired. Although data has not yet surfaced to support the claim, it is believed that the Faux Fart is the #1 cause of underwear loss.

Remember last night when I drank those 40’s of Old English 800? I must have been drunker than I thought cuz I guessed wrong on a the Faux Fart.
