Similar to the Stupid Anti Weebs (Westoids) aka NATO Fanboys. They're also westoids who jack off with CP and Lolicon but also obsessed with every fucking anime making every nsfw they see. They even tried to ruin Touhou (A game where the Russians and the Chinese played) but failed.

A non japanese person who is obsessed with japanese culture a lot and basically denounce their own culture and calls themselves japanese. They try to learn japanese through the anime they watch and usually end up pronouncing it wrong and looking like a complete idiot.

KEPP IN MIND: that a non-japanese person can like the culture, watch anime, speak the language and RESPECT THE CULTURE, while still keeping in touch with there own. Which keeps them from being a Weeb, japanophile, ect.

Weebs basically disrespect the culture and make complete asses of themselves
