A stupid westoid (Maybe a Europenis or a Americunt) who call people "Weebs" over profile picture(s) even though is not anime. They even call people with Touhou profile picture that's not even from a anime "Weebs" Touhou has a lot of Based Russians and Slavs (But hey! at least there's a small amount of degenerates aka pedophiles and hentai artist).
