In a group of 7 friends, the only person who is not in a relationship. (The 6 friends and their partners + 13th wheel = 13) This character may be known as lone wolf, the bachelor, the free man. Most likely the coolest of the group, too cool for the opposite sex. The 13th wheel does not in anyway care that he/she is the 13th wheel. He/she's cool with it. Really fine with this.
Guy 1: Hey do you want to come hang out with me, Guy 2, Guy 3, Guy 4, Guy 5, and Guy 6? By the way our girlfriends are gonna be there too
You: No thanks man, I don't wanna be a 13th wheel.

Someone who gets pushed around. See the definition of schmuck. It's Yiddish. Morrie in Goodfellas was Jewish. He doesn't like being dismissed as a fool or an idiot.

An omniwheel is a type of wheel that has small rollers or wheels attached to its circumference at right angles to the main wheel. The rollers allow the wheel to move in any direction, including sideways, without changing the direction of rotation of the main wheel. Omniwheels are often used in robotics, as they allow for smooth and precise movement in tight spaces, as well as increased maneuverability and versatility. They are also used in some industrial and transportation applications, such as conveyor systems and omnidirectional vehicles.

A person who is a terrible and nervous driver. One who grabs the steering wheel and hopes for the best.
Well, would you take a look at this no-driving wheel holding son of a bitch.
These wheel holders are all over the road today!
