No diddy is used after someone says something that is out of pocket or shamed upon.

“I like consuming lot of meat in a day. No diddy.”

If someone says “No Diddy” (usually used after a statement that could be seen as gay, fruity, or homo by the other person(s) in the conversation), they are indirectly stating that the previously stated sentence, text, etc. was not intended to be said in a homosexual tone.
Basically, the new ‘No Homo’.

Person 1: Hey, whatcha up to today man?
Person 2: Nothing much really, about to get in the shower then sit there naked for a while, no diddy.
Person 1: Glad you said no diddy, because for a second there, I thought you were inviting me to have sex dude.

Referring to the rapper "P Diddy". This phrase is used as a replacement for other phrases such as "pause" and "no homo". This is because Diddy is gay.

A more modern form of the phrase "no homo", a phrase you use after saying something gay, but you want to make sure that nobody thinks you're actually gay.

It refers to the sexual misconduct allegations against Sean Combs, aka P Diddy, specifically the charges involving other men

Friend 1: you're lookin kinda cute today, bro, no diddy.
Friend 2: ayo, that's mad gay.
Friend : I said no diddy though.
Friend 2: you right, that's my bad. I appreciate it, homie. You look cute too.
