Colombian time is a different perception of being on time that Colombian people have. It's an extra buffer of about 30 minutes from the original time they agreed on.
My friend agreed to meet with me at 4:15 for running but arrived 20 minutes later. He said he arrive on Colombian time.

Get the nap time mug.Similar to a paywall, a common mechanic in modern games, especially mobile, where a feature of the game (or the game itself) has a limited number of uses or play time which only resets when the next period begins (usually a daily refresh) unless the player opts to pay extra.
God damn I hate the time gate in this mobile app. I can only play at best an hour a day unless I pay extra.
