A try-hard individual who goes to a party only on the account of one or more of the following:

1. There's going to be alcohol there
2. There's going to be weed there
3. His/her stalker crush is going to be there
4. Someone said there will be biddies/hot guys there

Bob: "Dude, I think we need to invite more people to this party"
John: "What about that hot Ally girl? Just tell her that we'll have bud there"
Bob: "Yeah that'll work! After all, she is a Party-Sucker"
