it's a pre-pay smart card to pay for the bus in the Wellington Region of New Zealand u can't use it on the Matangi Train cus they still use paper tickets like BRUH we are in the 21st century so it's only for da bus so yeah there are two different colours red and green, red is a adult snapper card and green is a child snapper card
