Depends on the situation, everything is screwed up. It could be a smell, a dirty room, or anything out of the ordinary. The word (shamped), can be said in any context.

"That pork sausage shamped up my guts"

generally a male description of a "stuffed suit " , all form no substance ! eg: football team Boston park leagues , player comes out for each game in total perfect spotless uniform ends each game in total spotless uniform never a rush or tackle that may get his uniform creased or dirty ; avoids contact plays ! = A shaper .

the team is loaded with shapers ......an easy win !
