A slang term used when talking about the mixed amphetamine drug Adderall. Only used when dosage is either taken illegally, or is over the recommended dosing by your doctor.
Ralling is used as the verb form.

I'm ralling my face off right now on 170mg.

2. A brief way to question the integrity of a person or an act. Implies, "I am so unimpressed with this, and disappointed in you for doing such a thing."

really weird dream

okay, in your dream, you're in a field. then outta nowhere, a guy named tyler screams " it's my dream bitch!" at you. then you wake up totally confused and in a crack like daze. then to make yourself feel better, you listen to 20 straight hours of Ramones and the Cure.

person 2:"the really weird dream?"
